You may complete this form only if you meet all of the following criteria:
Graduating this Academic Year
BUT missed the deadline to participate (March 7th, 2025):
- Have already filed an application to graduate with Undergraduate Degree Services or Graduate Studies and it is listed on your DPR.
- Can provide a compelling reason for your appeal.
*Appeals will only be accepted until May 7th, 2025.
